2023-10-19	test: migrate remaining files to go:build syntax	Dmitri Shuralyov
	Most of the test cases in the test directory use the new go:build syntax already. Convert the rest. In general, try to place the build constraint line below the test directive comment in more places. For #41184. For #60268. 2018-08-30	cmd/compile: make math/bits.RotateLeft* an intrinsic on amd64	Andrew Bonventre
	Previously, pattern matching was good enough to achieve good performance for the RotateLeft* functions, but the inlining cost for them was much too high. Make RotateLeft* intrinsic on amd64 as a stop-gap for now to reduce inlining costs. This should be done (or at least looked at) for other architectures as well.
