Rename *DownloadSchedule to *DownloadInitialDelay; make them ints
This commit won't compile. It was made with the following perl
scripts:
s/smartlist_t \*(.*)DownloadSchedule;/int $1DownloadInitialDelay;/;
s/\b(\w*)DownloadSchedule\b/$1DownloadInitialDelay/;
