[dev.regabi] cmd/compile: remove Func.ClosureType
The closure's type always matches the corresponding function's type,
so just use one instance rather than carrying around two. Simplifies
construction of closures, rewriting them during walk, and shrinks
memory usage.
Passes toolstash -cmp.
