cmd/compile: desugar OCALLMETH->OCALLFUNC within devirtualization

Devirtualization can turn OCALLINTER into OCALLMETH, but then we want
to actually desugar into OCALLFUNC instead for later phases. Just
needs a missing call to typecheck.FixMethodCall.

Fixes #57309.
