Limit number of URL schemes

This limits the number of allowed schemes for the URL launcher, to
reduce the number of false-positives.

The accepted URL schemes are now:
    - http
    - https
    - mailto
    - news
    - file
    - git
    - ssh
    - ftp

This fixes #1727.
